General note
The Project G3 stereo was published in Design in Canada (2001). The DX held the Project G and the Project G2 stereos in its collection. The smallest and the last of the G series, the component stereo system fits on a cart. Brochures advertised that the design provided "mobile sound for young moderns." The stereo is in very good condition and still has all its pieces, including cart, speaker stands and instruction manual. In place of conventional flat speakers it has acoustically engineered sound globes which make the music sound fuller and more natural. The globes can be rotated or removed from the cart and placed anywhere in the room. The cart also has special ball casters so it can easily move in all directions. Every bit of circuitry is silicone solid state and the turntables have been engineered to precision tolerance. It also includes an AM/FM radio and exclusively patented automatic multiplex decoder, silent listening earphone soc kept and a high quality record player.
