Included in the scrapbook are photographs of John Yaremko, guest at the 10 Sept. 1962 inaugural dinner. (photographer Donald McKague, Toronto), men on a stage at a CIBA event (photographer Louis Surdin, Toronto), three men at the 10th anniversary dinner, 2 April 1962, held at the Capital Ballroom of the King Edward Hotel, and attendees at a CIBA dinner event.

Newspaper clippings and photographs

Included in the scrapbook are photographs depicting attendees at a CIPBA dinner event, W.N. Flynn of York University receiving a $2500 cheque from Clem Nusca on 6 May 1968 (photo by Photo Press, Toronto), and the presentation of an antique column by Umberto Tupini, mayor of Rome, to Nathan Phillips, mayor of Toronto, in 1957.

Fonds consists of records created and accumulated by various members of the CIBPA Toronto, including general managers, office managers and association presidents, from its inception in 1952 to 2007.
