File consists of a memorandum from the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities regarding funding to York University for a graduate diploma in post-secondary education. Also included is an agenda for a meeting of the York University Senate on 14 December 2006, which includes a proposal for the creation of the diploma at York.

Item is a paper by Axelrod entitled "The urban response to industrialization", prepared for a Canadian history seminar at the University of Toronto in 1972-1973.
