Fonds consists of Drummond's course notes as a student in Canadian political science including his doctoral thesis; various draft papers and chapter contributions, especially his work on several editions of The Government and Politics of Ontario; records pertaining to Drummond's work on the Task Force on Liberal Arts Education; documentation regarding a conference and festshrift honouring the first Chair of the Department of Political Science Douglas Verney, including proposed papers (the festshrift was not completed); records documenting Drummond's YUFA activities, particularly with regard to retirement and pension issues; conference papers and lecture notes; correspondence pertaining to his work and achievements at York University; and photographs of Drummond taken at York University events. It also includes copies of Drummond's poetic writings pertaining to Robert Burns' dinners, odes to York faculty and staff, and essays and memorabilia from his days as an undergraduate student at York.

In particular, the materials relate to research funded by SSHRC between 1984-1985 to study of Japan and the Philippines and a 1994-1995 Mombusho grant to study Japanese NGOS in SE Asia, although there is material relating to earlier field research in the 1950s. Materials include research materials and resources specifically dealing with the Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Burma/Myanmar and Indonesia including the work of NGO (Non-governmental organizations) in these countries, the reputation and imagery of the Japanese in the Philippines, agrarian policies and reforms, foreign policy, and federal elections in the Philippines.

These records include scripts, production materials, photographs, architectural drawings, personal and career memorabilia, correspondence, memoranda, day planners, research materials and administrative files.

These records document Greer Allen's writing of dramatic and documentary scripts for radio and television in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, particularly her adaptations of short stories, novels and plays. Radio scripts written in the 1940s in collaboration with her husband, Robert Greer Allen, are also part of this fonds, as are scripts, audio recordings, interview transcripts and research materials pertaining to Greer Allen's writing, production and on-screen presenting work in the 1960s and 1970s for Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) television program "Take 30". Correspondence and contracts pertaining to her work are included in the fonds and illustrate the long-term freelance nature of Greer Allen's radio and television writing for the CBC, the National Film Board of Canada (NFB), the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and others. The fonds documents Greer Allen's lifelong interest in art, particularly her work in the 1970s and 1980s as an artist and sculptor of raku pottery. Personal records, correspondence, research files and records pertaining to Greer Allen's travels are also included. Records in this fonds are correspondence, scripts, transcripts, notes and notebooks, photographs, audio recordings, day planners, artwork, research materials, newspaper clippings, posters, and personal memorabilia.

Fonds consists of records accumulated and created by David Orin Charles pertaining to his involvement in the production of theatre, film and television in Canada and the United States from 1959 to 2011. The records in this fonds document Charles's early work in theatre as an actor, set designer and lighting director, as well as later work as on-set dresser, set decorator, set designer and prop master for films, television and television commercials. These records are primarily scripts and related production materials that were collected or created by Charles, which include photographs, drawings, architectural drawings, crew and cast lists, storyboards, call sheets, research materials, shooting schedules, budget documents, and correspondence.

Collection contains digital and analogue home movies submitted to and digitized by Home Made Visible, a nation-wide project by the Regent Park Film Festival. The project collected movies from visible minority families and Indigenous peoples in Canada. Footage consists of everyday life including children playing and family trips, and celebrations including birthdays and holidays.

Fonds consists of material that documents Feldbrill's personal and professional life and includes correspondence from friends, family and colleagues, including letters from Murray Adaskin, Sir Ernest MacMillan, Harry Somers, John Weinzweig and others, fan mail, programmes, pamphlets, newspaper and magazine articles related to his work as a violinist and/or conductor, contracts and biographical material. In addition, it includes a series of scrapbooks maintained by Feldbrill that documents his professional career from 1940 to the present day. There is considerable correspondence between Feldbrill and his wife Zelda Mann that documents their courtship, the couple's life together, and descriptions of Feldbrill's travels. There is a substantial amount of material related to his performances with the Toronto and the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestras and to the years he spent working and teaching in Japan.

The fonds consists of board of directors agendas, minutes and reports; annual meeting agendas, minutes and reports; association correspondence; board of reference reports; federation treatises and reports; federation newsletters; theses related to the FWTAO; collective bargaining files, grievance and arbitration files; staff reports; affirmative action/employment equity files; legal documents; photographs, slides, film and video recordings, and audio recordings; memorabilia.

Collection consists of newspapers, artifacts, ephemera, photographs, postcards, flyers and brochures, stamps, correspondence, posters, business records, and commercial and residential property promotional materials, collected and maintained by Sheldon Esbin between the 1980s and 2000s. These items predominantly pertain to pre- and post-amalgamation Toronto and the history of its neighbourhoods, architecture, religious and educational institutions, organizations, publications, cultural and arts-related events, tourism, real estate and building developments, commercial trade, and special events. Also included in this collection are pieces of original correspondence and legal documents dating from 1842 to 1874, written by or pertaining to the activities of prominent Toronto citizens including Adam Wilson, Christopher Widmer, John Davis, Frederic Cumberland, Allan Maclean Howard, Hugh Richardson, James Scott Howard, and John Hillyard Cameron.

Consists of research and reference material in the form of subject files, reports, briefs, clippings, drafts, notes and correspondence relating to the activities of the Childbirth by Choice Trust including letters from supporters and adversaries, legal documentation pertaining to cases about abortion law, publications by government offices, support groups, etc.

Collection consists of two bound volumes prepared by the Office of the Chief of Protocol, Department of External Affairs documenting the program for the 1983 state visit of former Greek Prime Minister Andreas Papandreou and Mrs. Papandreou to Canada.

The fonds consists of annual reports of the Consumers' Gas Company (1849-1925) [incomplete], minutes of the Board of Directors' meetings (1947-1925), minutes of special Board meetings, taken from the secretary's and president's notes and agendas; minutes of the Finance Committee (1852-1874), of the Works Committee (1853-1873), and of selected meetings of the Executive Committee (1805-1909). As well, there is a run of 'Street lamps' [publication] (1887-1906).

Fonds consists of records documenting Panitch's long-standing interest in British and Canadian labour history including notes, correspondence, draft manuscripts, research files and other material related to his PhD thesis "UK Labour and Incomes Policy" and to his books "The Assault on Trade Union Freedoms: From Consent to Coercion", "The End of Parliamentary Socialism" and “The Making of Global Capitalism”. It also includes research files related to the British Labour Party, new labour left, the Canadian State, political economy and political power, labour in Canada and corporatism, as well as notes and essays from his undergraduate and graduate education, files pertaining to his editorial work for the Socialist Register, and photographs of Panitch. Also included in the fonds are records documenting Panitch's work as York University professor, including course files, lecture notes, and letters of recommendation.

Fonds consists of nine holograph notebooks created by Thomas Mossington (also spelled Mossenton) regarding the commission, construction, repair, provisioning, and staffing of Royal Navy and English merchant ships, including instructions, dimensions, and calculations for various parts of the vessels and pay records for shipyard work performed by Mossington and others. The notebooks also contain personal information, medical recipes, addresses, and a receipt from the Bank of Upper Canada.

Fonds consists of drawings, photographs, posters, and textual documents created by or for Fred and Glenn Moffatt in the course of their careers as industrial designers. The holdings include: Fred Moffatt’s artwork created for his courses at Central Technical School and the Ontario College of Art in Toronto between 1926 and 1933; graphic material and textual records used in the development of product literature, packaging, and advertising material for print media and point-of-purchase displays for various clients but especially for household electrical appliances manufactured by the Canadian General Electric Company Limited and Black & Decker Canada Incorporated, 1933 to 1998; and drawings that track the development of appliances, in particular electric kettles, from conceptual designs to the technical drawings required for manufacturing from the late 1930s to 2001. The fonds also includes award certificates, a small amount of correspondence regarding design projects, and information about F.E. Moffatt Limited.

The fonds consists of material documenting Ben Wicks’s work as a cartoonist, author, public speaker, television personality, humanitarian, and journalist. The records include material related to published books and booklets, original drawings and cartoons, research files, speeches, scrapbooks and clippings, diaries and day planners, published books, and audio recorded oral histories with members of the Jewish diaspora that immigrated to Israel during the 1920s – 1950s. Also included are records pertaining to Ben Wick’s investiture into the Order of Canada and episodes of “Ben Wicks,” an interview format television show that aired on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) channel in the late seventies, early eighties. 

The fonds consists of material of Dennis Charles Hefferon relating to the Law Society of Upper Canada's Special Committee on Legal Education, which includes briefs from teachers, students and practitioners, background research materials, minutes of meetings, correspondence, and a draft copy of the final report, 1970-1972. There is also material from the Osgoode Law School Faculty Council, including agendas (1959-1966) and minutes (1964-1971), memoranda, the Dean's Annual Report (1962-1966) and reports of committees. The fonds includes records of; the Academic Policy Committee, including curriculum evaluations; the Admissions Committee; the Constitutional Committee; the Committee on Faculty Administration; the Special Committee on Future Enrolment; and the Special Committee on Organization and Function of the Faculty Council.

There are also papers relating to the affiliation of Osgoode with York University, including reports on the affiliation, building plans, committee reports, statements on programme, enrolment and facility requirements of the Law School, and related material.

The fonds consists of research notes and typescripts for Tyrwhitt's books "The mill," "Bartlett's Canada," "How the Depression hit the West," "The exodus of the Japanese," and "The sinking of the I'm alone"; typescripts, research and correspondence regarding for articles published in Maclean's, Reader's digest, Saturday night, The Star weekly, Canadian living, the Old farmer's almanac, and other magazines; typescripts, research, and correspondence for chapters published in "Alberta in the 20th century"; editorial appraisals for Pierre Berton's manuscripts; notes made as a researcher for "The Pierre Berton show"; reports on manuscripts for Macmillan's, McClelland and Stewart, Longman's, Oberon Press, and other Canadian book publishers; notes as an editor for the Royal Commission on the Status of Women; correspondence with writers (including Pierre Berton, Ernest Buckler, Mark Gayn, Robert Kroetsch, Yves Theriault, Adele Wiseman, Sean O'Faolain, George Ronald, and others), editors, and others.

Fonds consists of personal and professional correspondence, clippings, programmes and related material that document Grossman's career as a dancer with the Paul Taylor Dance Company as well as the founding of the Danny Grossman Dance Company. It also includes contracts, grant applications and other financial records, citizenship papers, passports and other collected ephemera.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to Frank Barrett's work as a university professor and his research and writing in the field of geography. These records include undergraduate and graduate essays, published papers, drafts, presentations, grant files, research materials including reproductions of maps and atlases, photographs, audio cassettes, videocassettes, teaching files, course notes, correspondence, raw data and questionnaires from Barrett's housing studies, as well as Atkinson College Geography department newsletters. The fonds also includes correspondence, book proposals and prospectus, drafts, and reviewers' comments for Barrett's "Disease and Geography: The History of an Idea".

Fonds consists of records related to Campbell's work as a director and producer with the CBC and with other broadcasters. As a director, Campbell's responsibilities included those immediate to the production of an episode or program, such as directing performers and crew. As a producer, Campbell was responsible for the overall creative direction of a program, as well as the management of technical, financial and human resources. Records include copies of scripts, production notes and reviews, and files related to productions and office administration. Fonds also contains photographs of Campbell and others on sets and in production, video recordings of shows on which Campbell worked, papers pertaining to "Anne of Green Gables -- the musical," including requests to perform the musical and any modifications to the script, and copies of legal documents related to the use and licensing of Anne of Green Gables.

The fonds consists of records of Harry J. Pollock pertaining to his interest and involvement in theatre and to his research on James Joyce. The fonds includes correspondence and clippings, manuscripts, audio tapes, photographic materials, video cassettes, graphic and cartographic materials.

Collection consists of archival material included in the Wyndham Lewis Collection. Consisting of batches of letters from Lewis' widow, Anne Wyndham Lewis (Froanna), news clippings on various aspects of Lewis' public activities (book reviews, criticism, artwork, obituaries), and promotional material relating to his publications (publishers' advertisements, inserts, and other ephemera).

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the personal life of Jeanne Randolph and to her work as an art theorist and psychiatrist. These records, which date from the early 1940s to 2014, document Randolph's relationships with friends, family and colleagues as well as the progression of her medical career, her art writing and lecturing. Included in the fonds are correspondence, photographs, research materials, draft manuscripts, notes, journals, day planners, personal memorabilia and ephemera created and accumulated by Randolph, as well as photographs and memorabilia pertaining to the early life of Randolph's mother, Elizabeth Bryant Randolph, and the Bryant and Randolph families.
