Nomination of Ursula Franklin to RSC & convocation

File pertains to Forer's involvement with the nomination of Ursula Franklin as a fellow in Academy III of the Royal Society of Canada and her honorary Doctor of Science degree received from York University at its Spring 1985 Convocation.
