It also includes personal and professional correspondence, clippings of stories about Malyon and/or reviews of her work, lecture notes and material related to Malyon's readings of her work, grant applications, writer-in-residence application as well as other material that documents her career as a writer.
Accession 2008-032 includes the editorial files for "Imagination in action : thoughts on creativity by painters, sculptors, musicians, poets, novelists, teachers, actors," a book edited by Malyon that was published by Mercury Press in 2007. The project began with interviews with Marjory Smart and Milt Jewell in 1990-1991 to explore the concept of creativity, and was resumed in 2005 when Malyon invited submissions from many people who created original works in different disciplines. The records files include correspondence, edited manuscripts, annotated page proofs, and correspondence with the publisher regarding the contract, design, and promotion of the book.
Accession 2009-044 consists of manuscripts for even-numbered brunches, copy edited page proofs, and promotional material for the book written with bill bissett, "griddle talk : a yeer uv bill n carol dewing brunch" (Talonbooks, 2009), as well as documents relating to Malyon's work as an instructor at the Maritime Writers' Workshop in 1998, her literary readings in 2008, and correspondence with Fred Cogswell and K.D. Miller.
Accession 2016-040 consists of draft manuscripts for a collection of short stories ("Underneath the Water With the Fish") and a book about writing "Writing Matters" as well as promotional material and reviews about previously published work.

Fonds consists of Zdenka Volavka records accumulated and created over the course of her professorial career. The majority of files consist of annotated photocopied material obtained through interlibrary loans (the card catalogue indexing this material was prepared by Zdenka's long-time assistant, the late Charlotte Carrol). Files also contain material related to her involvement at York University and her research on the kingship and royal ritual in Ngoyo, Africa.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the personal and professional life of Italian-Canadian artist Luigi Nasato. These records, dating from 1931 to 2015, document Nasato’s early life and education in Istrana, Italy, as well as his emigration to first Argentina and then Toronto, Ontario. The records primarily pertain to Nasato’s artistic output and include several hundred drawings, sketches, paintings, and preliminary studies created over the course of his career, as well as a number of awards granted to Nasato on the basis of his artistic contributions. Many of the artistic works included in the fonds relate to projects completed in Toronto and environs, particularly to mosaic projects created by Nasato at a number of churches in the region. Fonds also includes notes on art history and artistic technique created by Nasato as both a student and professional artist, as well as miscellaneous textual and financial records pertaining to the practicalities of his artistic career. Also included in the fonds is an extensive collection of photographs and clippings, compiled by Nasato over the course of his life, most of which document works of art created by Nasato and others.

Fonds consists of records created and maintained by Rita Greer Allen pertaining to her career as a freelance writer, researcher and broadcaster for radio and television, her work as an artist and sculptor, and her interest in and research about Jungian psychology. These records document Greer Allen's writing of dramatic and documentary scripts for radio and television in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, particularly her adaptations of short stories, novels and plays. Radio scripts written in the 1940s in collaboration with her husband, Robert Greer Allen, are also part of this fonds, as are scripts, audio recordings, interview transcripts and research materials pertaining to Greer Allen's writing, production and on-screen presenting work in the 1960s and 1970s for Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) television program "Take 30". Correspondence and contracts pertaining to her work are included in the fonds and illustrate the long-term freelance nature of Greer Allen's radio and television writing for the CBC, the National Film Board of Canada (NFB), the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and others. The fonds documents Greer Allen's lifelong interest in art, particularly her work in the 1970s and 1980s as an artist and sculptor of raku pottery. Personal records, correspondence, research files and records pertaining to Greer Allen's travels are also included. Fonds consists of musical recordings on one 1/4" audio reel, performed by Deva Prasad Das on vocals and mardal with Shankaran on flute. These performances were intended to accompany the Deba Prasad Das style of Odissi dance. Consists of three separate performances: "Nindata Chandana" Abhinaya, Ashtapadi (an expression-based dance); "Natangi" and a Boomija folk dance from Orissa. These recordings were made to accompany performances by Sukanya Rahman.
Also includes four VHS recordings of performances by Rahman in various venues in the 1990s.

Fonds consists of personal diaries, teaching notes and writing, performance and family memorabilia, diplomas, correspondence, sheet music, photographs and audio recordings pertaining to the personal life and professional career of Peggie Sampson, including her early activities as a music student, her work as a professor of music, and her performances on the cello and viola da gamba. These records also document her associations with early teachers Guilhermina Suggia, Donald Francis Tovey, Nadia Boulanger and Pablo Casals, as well as her work with the Manitoba University Consort during the 1960s and the Quatre en Concert in the 1970s. The personal diaries in the fonds span Sampson's time in Edinburgh and London during World War II to her immigration to Canada in 1951 to teach at the University of Manitoba and her employment at York University from 1970 to 1977.
