Some footage of mas band banners read "Splendors of the Zodiac", "Bell [Canada?]", "Pageantry of the Cards" "Noel Audain" and "BWIA Sun Jet to the Caribbean". Shah also speaks about his mother, as at the time of the recording it was his mother's birthday. Also heard on the recording is Shah's father, his mother, and his eldest sister wishing him well on his travels.The original box read: “A recording made on 5-9-1965 on the occasion of my mothers 52nd birthday and my departure to Canada at 117 Coffee St. San Fernando Trinidad. Faiz Shah.”
