Pritchard and Jon Dellandrea of the University of Toronto, Lorna Marsden of York University, and the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation; a newspaper article regarding Anna Maria de Souza's encounter with actress Beatrice Arthur, April 1995; correspondence and other documents pertaining to the presentation of the Order of Rio Branco by the government of Brazil, with letters of congratulation from people such as John Yaremko, 1995; presentation of the Arbor Award for outstanding volunteer service by the University of Toronto, 1996; presentation of the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award by the National Society of Fund Raising Professional, 1997; Anna Maria de Souza's nomination for the Order of Canada, 2000; and a letter outlining arrangements between the Brazilian Carnival Ball and the recipient, in this case St. Michael's Hospital.
