File consists of the findings of the Commission of Enquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities (CISPAA) led by Justice John Gomery, an overview of the 2006 Gomery Commission Report, letters to then Prime Minister Stephen Harper regarding its recommendations, and responses by Whitaker, the Globe and Mail, Literary Review of Canada. These reports were comissioned by former Prime Minister Paul Martin in response to a sponsorship scandal in Quebec with involvement from the Liberal Party of Canada.
