Family Matters : a novel / by Rohinton Mistry

File consists of the United States (Knopf), hardcover edition of Mistry’s book. It was sent to Mistry by Rick Simonson of Elliott Bay Book Store in Seattle following a cancelled reading. Due to incessant racial profiling experienced at airports during the first half of his book tour, Mistry cancelled the second half, including the Seattle appearance. The evening went ahead with local authors reading from the novel. This copy is signed by the audience members with messages from Rick Simonson and Judy Lightfoot who led the evening’s programme.
