Maltz vs Witterick copyright case

File consists of clippings regarding the copyright case between Judy Maltz, Barbara Bird, and Richie Serman, and Jennifer L. Witterick and Penguin Canada Books Inc, for which J.L. Granatstein was an expert witness as a historian. A copy of the federal court decision, released 10 May 2016, a copy of Exhibit 11, which lists instances of passages from the documentary No. 4 Street of Our Lady, copied in the book My Mother's Story by J.L.
