File pertains to Powe's work as Director of Public Relations and later Vice-President of Public Affairs for the Association. Also included is a notebook belonging to Powe entitled Tax reform diary (1988), business cards, Association circulars about special events, and notes by Powe on the role of a trade association.

Correspondence : 50th wedding anniversary

File consists of letters from Jean Chretien, Joseph Volpe, Romeo LeBlanc, and John Godfrey, sent to Powe and his wife, Alys, on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. Also included is an invitation to an 50th anniversary party.

Draft writing

File consists of mostly handwritten, unidentified drafts by Powe, notes, and newspaper clippings. Included in the file is a document entitled “The working methods of an author: preface prepared by Pierre Berton as an introduction to his papers deposited with McMaster University Archives” (Jan. 1990).

File pertains to Powe’s travels with his wife, Alys, to Alberta and British Columbia in August 1992. Included in the file is correspondence, itineraries, brochures and facsimiles.
