The fonds consist of television and film scripts in which Lionel Siegel played a part, either as script writer, author of the story on which the script was based, or in some production capacity. There are also scripts of productions by others which Siegel has collected, some because he was writing scripts for subsequent episodes of the program. The scripts are arranged alphabetically by title and include, 'Ben Casey', 'From here to eternity,' (1979) on which Siegel worked with several others, 'The last westerner,' with a screenplay by Jack Elam and Siegel, several episodes of 'Peyton Place,' 'Rawhide,' (including script for "Corporal Dasovik," for which Siegel was awarded 'Best western TV drama of the year, 1964,) 'Then came Bronson, (1969), episodes of 'The Waltons,' (1972), 'The bold ones,' 'Hoover versus the Kennedys the second civil war,' (1987) and others. Fonds consists of three series: diaries recorded in bound journals kept by Mackenzie during his adolescence and adult life; manuscripts of three works of non-fiction; and photo albums and passports of his family,and his life and travels overseas. Mackenzie recorded extensively on local and international political and social events. In his youth, Mackenzie was preoccupied with fascist and socialist movements in Europe. In later life, he became concerned with the influence of American foreign policy and its impact on Canadian sovereignty. His diaries also reflect his interest in films and the theatre, with entries on the deaths of his favourite actors and actresses and frequent entries on the various films and plays he attended in Toronto and abroad. He also wrote about the tours and activities of various royal families, and chronicled his own travels throughout the world in detail, including his extended stays in Australia and England. Mackenzie kept meticulous notes on his employment history and living environment. He also recorded details of his writing activities and his efforts to publish and support himself through writing. Mackenzie kept entries on his social activities in the gay community of Toronto, his relationships with other men, and later in life, his reflections on gay marriage, same-sex legal rights, the AIDS crisis, and the rights of gay couples to adopt and raise children.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the personal and professional life of Italian-Canadian artist Luigi Nasato. These records, dating from 1931 to 2015, document Nasato’s early life and education in Istrana, Italy, as well as his emigration to first Argentina and then Toronto, Ontario. The records primarily pertain to Nasato’s artistic output and include several hundred drawings, sketches, paintings, and preliminary studies created over the course of his career, as well as a number of awards granted to Nasato on the basis of his artistic contributions. Many of the artistic works included in the fonds relate to projects completed in Toronto and environs, particularly to mosaic projects created by Nasato at a number of churches in the region. Fonds also includes notes on art history and artistic technique created by Nasato as both a student and professional artist, as well as miscellaneous textual and financial records pertaining to the practicalities of his artistic career. Also included in the fonds is an extensive collection of photographs and clippings, compiled by Nasato over the course of his life, most of which document works of art created by Nasato and others.

Fonds consists of dance notations recorded using Labanotation or Kinetography Laban, created or acquired by Mary Jane Warner and used in her work as a professor of dance. The notations take the form of manuscript symbols hand-drawn by Warner while a student at Ohio State University (including Labanotation for her dissertation), photocopies of works produced by other notators, and printed works published by the Dance Notation Bureau and the Royal Academy of Dancing. The notations are grouped according to elementary, intermediate, and advanced readings, with titles that often include the name of the choreographer and, in some cases, the notator. The works of Doris Humphrey, Ray Cook, Anthony Tudor, George Balanchine, Muriel Topaz, and Ann Hutchinson Guest figure prominently among the notations. The fonds also includes Warner’s lecture notes on the history of dance notation and Labanotation, material on teaching dance, notes for a lecture on E.A. There are also ca. 40 letters from brother Edgar Sullivan written between 1914-1943 describing the life of a homesteader who has moved to Saskatchewan to homestead and operate a business during difficult economic times. These records document Greer Allen's writing of dramatic and documentary scripts for radio and television in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, particularly her adaptations of short stories, novels and plays. Radio scripts written in the 1940s in collaboration with her husband, Robert Greer Allen, are also part of this fonds, as are scripts, audio recordings, interview transcripts and research materials pertaining to Greer Allen's writing, production and on-screen presenting work in the 1960s and 1970s for Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) television program "Take 30". Correspondence and contracts pertaining to her work are included in the fonds and illustrate the long-term freelance nature of Greer Allen's radio and television writing for the CBC, the National Film Board of Canada (NFB), the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and others. The fonds documents Greer Allen's lifelong interest in art, particularly her work in the 1970s and 1980s as an artist and sculptor of raku pottery.
