Carnival news coverage

A video cassette of recorded footage of news coverage of Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival mas parade.

Events 1996-1998

File consists of band registration forms with corresponding themes for each band, news clippings, mas costume order forms for the “Amarant-The Secret Garden” theme, and a brief for the 1997 Festival.

File consists of guides and publisher information booklets compiled by Shah to support his decision to start a Caribana magazine.

File consists of documents pertaining to the organization of Fête Caribe, Ottawa's annual Caribbean Festival.

Multi-Fest Canada, Inc.

File consists of documents such as meeting minutes, flyers, correspondence, and financial documents pertaining to Multi-Fest Canada, Inc. which sponsored Caribana and Imani '96, and also hosted Trinidad and Tobago Republic Day Celebrations in 1998.

Yorkfest

File consists of an invitation for Shah inviting him to attend Yorkfest 1977 as a member of the Citizen's Multicultural Committee, backgrounders for the event, and a copy of the Yorkfest disco dance contest results during which Shah participated as a judge.

Callaloo Mas Camp
