Child education committee application video

File consists of a project grant application to the Ministry of Citizenship and Culture to fund a joint project with the National Heritage Resource Unit, and related materials. The goal of the project was to produce two fifteen minute video-tape programs in Portuguese, focusing on language use in the home, and children's literacy development.

Committee for people with special needs : minutes

File consists of meeting minutes of the People with Special Needs Committee of PIN; a document titled, "Proposed Changes in Special Needs and Services (Phase II) and Handicapped Children's Benefit; and a document titled, "Supports at Home: Changes in Special Needs & Services and Handicapped Children's Benefit," February 1988.
