Item is a list of Maguire's teaching appointments as a course director in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dance, at York University between 2002 and 2013.

York Fine Arts dance posters and notices

File consists of posters and notices pertaining to dance performances created and performed by the faculty and students of the Dance program of York University's Faculty of Fine Arts. These performances are "Celestial navigations" (performed in March 2008, choreographed by Maguire and part of the York Fine Arts Festival), "Flock" (performed in December 2010, choreographed by Maguire and part of the Dance Innovations series), and "Frost moon dances" (performed in November 2012, choreographed by Maguire and part of the Dance Innovations series).

Totem impact

Item is a group photograph of the dancers who participated in Duke Redbird's video project "Totem impact", about the beaver as a totem animal. The dancers were members of the York University Dance Ensemble and the choreographer was Terrill Maguire. The photograph is mounted on a mat and signed by the dancers depicted in the image.

Fonds consists of records documenting Terrill Maguire’s dance and choreography career, the formation and management of her dance and music festival, Inde, as well as her work as an instructor in the dance department of York University’s Faculty of Fine Arts. These records include correspondence, day planners, grant applications, proposals, course materials, contracts, memorabilia, photographs, videocassettes, audio reels, cassettes and compact discs.

Terrill Maguire : tape 2 : six dances

Item is a video recording of performances of Maguire's dance choreography, including "Run ragged", "Sea changes", "Passage", "Kali" and "Prism". A performance of "Dance for Terrill", choreographed by Grant Strate, is also included.

Terrill Maguire : "Hold me" and "Molly"

Item is a video recording of two dance pieces choreographed by Maguire featuring dancers Ann Ditchburn and Donald Dawson. Videocassette was submitted as part of a grant application to the Canada Council.

Susan Musgrave letters

File consists of copies of letters written by poet Susan Musgrave to Stephen Reid, sent to Maguire from Musgrave.

Student papers about Inde '85

File consists of student papers from Selma Odom's York University course on movement (1930.06). These papers examine performances from the Inde '85 festival.

Rhythm Heart

File consists of biographies, correspondence, financial statements and flyers pertaining to Maguire's project Rhythm Heart, an event of dance and live music at the Arts Court Theatre in Ottawa in June 1995.

Series consists of records pertaining to Maguire’s activities as a dancer, choreographer, teacher and arts organizer. These records, which include grant applications, photographs, letters of agreement, correspondence, proposals and notes, document Maguire’s work as an instructor in dance in the Faculty of Fine Arts at the York University, her independent choreography and dance projects, and her involvement with community arts education and dance instruction.

File consists of theatre, music and dance programmes, often annotated by Maguire, pertaining to shows she reviewed while living in New York City.

File consists of photographs of Karen Kain, likely accumulated and used by Maguire's partner, David Langer, in the creation of his episode of the CBC's Life and Times documentary about Kain.

File consists of resource materials pertaining to education and the arts, as well as reports, minutes and agendas pertaining to the activities of the Ottawa Board of Education's Advisory Committee on the Arts. Michael Wilson was the coordinator of the arts for the Ottawa Board of Education and a member of the committee, and Maguire participated on the committee as a community member.

Series consists of photographs, newspaper and magazine clippings, posters, performance notices and programmes, newsletters, certificates, press releases, CVs and biographies pertaining to Maguire’s career as a dancer, choreographer and teacher.

Lunatic phases : photographs

File consists of photographs of a dance performance entitled "Lunatic phases", by Reinhard Ritzenstein with Maguire and composer Gayle Young, performed at the University of Guelph in 1981. Included is a description of the piece and biographies of the performers.

Letter of agreement : Artspace

File consists of a signed letter of agreement and letter pertaining to Maguire's engagement for Artspace, in Ottawa, to participate in an event with Michelle George on 15-16 June 1990.

Letter from the Dance Umbrella of Ontario

Item is a letter sent to Maguire by Vivine Scarlett, the Community Development Coordinator for the Dance Umbrella of Ontario, thanking her for her participation as a panel member at its Artsweek '98 DUOcafe.
