Woodley Park : village council minutes, village history

File consists of a speech by Walter Gofiaud, chairman of the Woodley Park Country Authority, at the 135th quarterly meeting of the Woodley Park Administrative District on 6 April 1968. Also included is an agenda and Silverman's notes pertaining to a village council meeting of Woodley Park on 8 July 1969. A photograph of Silverman with members of the council at this meeting is also part of the file.

Item is Silverman's handwritten copy of a speech given by Cyril Rachpaul at the 67th annual conference of the Guyana Association of Local Authorities held in August 1968 at Bush Lot.
