Fonds consists of materials relating to Morris' personal and professional life as a social activist, advocate for prison abolition, writer and lecturer including pamphlets, notes, drafts of articles and books written by her, monographs, published and unpublished articles, photos, clippings, personal and professional correspondence as well as volumes of Morris' detailed diaries.
Fonds consists of ledgers, organizational records, communiques, photographs and event-planning records for activities and events carried out by members of the PCDA. Includes correspondence of the different executives, including exchanges with high-profile figures in Canadian and Portuguese history (e.g. Humberto Delgado, Henrique Galvão, Fernando Piteira Santos) and other political and exile organizations around the world (e.g. FPLN). Also includes a complete run of the organization's bulletin "A Verdade/The Truth" as well as newspapers from the Portuguese diaspora.
