File consists of photographs of Christmas at 20 Dale Avenue with Larry Zolf, Ellen Seligman, Sorel Etrog, M.T. Kelly, John Reeves, and William Ronald, of Claire Wilks and Barry Callaghan visiting Cuba, Florida, and Florida, then Albany, of Margaret Gibson at the Lui Liu exhibition, of a visit to New York City to hear John Montague read at the 92nd Street Y Tisch Center for the Arts on 24 Feb. 1997 and of the celebratory supper afterwards with guest including William Kennedy and Greg Gatenby, and of an evening presented by the Toronto Eaton Centre, “Salute to the City: Celebrating 20 Years in the Heart of Toronto and Honouring 250 of Toronto’s Most Outstanding People." The notebook concludes with annotated handwritten prose expressing Barry Callaghan’s reflections on growing up in Toronto.
