Universidad de Chile conference : preliminary programme materials

File pertains to the organization of a conference by the Instituto de Ciencia Politicia at the Universidad de Chile y del Area de Estudios Norteamericanos, the Naciones Unidas Instituo Latino Americano y del Caribe de Planificacion Economia y Social, and the Robarts Centre for Canadian Studies. The conference, "The new architecture of the state: public goods in an era of globalization: a comparative examination of the public domain in Canada and Chile", was organized by Drache and M. Eugenia Morales and held in Santiago, Chile, in April 1999. Records in this file are correspondence, a preliminary budget, a participant list and a draft programme.

Unemployment crisis : a proposal

Nova Scotia trade archival materials

File consists of photocopies of newspaper articles about tariffs and trade in Nova Scotia during 1934-35 and a Royal Commission on the economics of Nova Scotia, on which Harold Innis served. Also included in the file are documents pertaining to the finances of the town of Peace River, Alberta, in 1923.
