Fonds contains records which document the advocacy and educational campaigns of the Portuguese Interagency Network, its relationships with community service agencies in the Greater Toronto Area, and its administrative history. Records include: grant applications, membership lists and applications, correspondence, promotional material, advocacy and educational campaign material, newsletters and surveys. The material of each Working, Standing, and Ad-Hoc Committee, such as meeting minutes, agendas, notes, and promotional materials, are also included. Fonds also contains records which document the relationship between PIN and other community service agencies in the Greater Toronto Area, such as meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and press releases.

Audio-visual material includes advocacy and education campaigns and recordings of national conferences.

PIN : Guia de Recursose Services para Pessoas com deficiencias

File consists of: a resource booklet co-published by PIN and the Society of Portuguese Disabled Persons, titled, "Guia de recursos e servicos para pessoas com deficiencias" [Resource guide and services for people with disabilities]; material related to the reception of the book launch, held 31 January 2001; an order form for the resource guide; and other related materials.

Bridging the solitudes

File consists of material related to the Bridging the Solitudes: A Community University Research Alliance project, developed by York University, Seneca College, labour unions, and community partners.
