It includes: minutes of the Organizing Committee, 1958-1959, of the Executive Committee and the Facilities Planning Committee, both 1959, as well as of the Publicity Committee, 1958-1959; copies of drafts and the final form of the York University Act (1959); a copy of the first report of the Curriculum Committee; and reports of meetings of the Provisional and the official Board of Governors.
