Fonds consists of records documenting Terrill Maguire’s dance and choreography career, the formation and management of her dance and music festival, Inde, as well as her work as an instructor in the dance department of York University’s Faculty of Fine Arts. These records include correspondence, day planners, grant applications, proposals, course materials, contracts, memorabilia, photographs, videocassettes, audio reels, cassettes and compact discs.

Correspondence from the Lewitzky Dance Company

File consists of a letter, brochure, registration form and housing form sent to Maguire by Darlene Neel pertaining to a summer workshop offered by the Lewitzky Dance Company at the Dance Gallery in Los Angeles.

Correspondence with Tom W. Scurfield

File consists of a letter to Maguire from Scurfield, the manager of the Performing Arts Department of Harbourfront, regarding her performance in Harbourfront's Premiere Dance Theatre, as well as her draft letters of response.

File consists of correspondence, promotional materials, project descriptions and letters of agreement pertaining to this dance event, held on 20 November 1994 in Ottawa. Maguire was the artistic director of the event.

File consists of a signed letter of agreement and letter pertaining to Maguire's engagement for Artspace, in Ottawa, to participate in an event with Michelle George on 15-16 June 1990.

[Michael] Wilson/Education

File consists of resource materials pertaining to education and the arts, as well as reports, minutes and agendas pertaining to the activities of the Ottawa Board of Education's Advisory Committee on the Arts. Michael Wilson was the coordinator of the arts for the Ottawa Board of Education and a member of the committee, and Maguire participated on the committee as a community member.
