Also documented in this correspondence is Ruby's involvement with abortion rights and his media appearances on that subject, travel arrangements, his work as a criminal defence lawyer (for the Morgentaler Clinic and Barbara Dodd), his anti-nuclear weapon activism, his position as a bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada and his column in the Toronto Star. The file includes related notes, legal judgments, newspaper clippings, interoffice memoranda, reports and conference materials.
