Accession 2008-032 includes the editorial files for "Imagination in action : thoughts on creativity by painters, sculptors, musicians, poets, novelists, teachers, actors," a book edited by Malyon that was published by Mercury Press in 2007. The project began with interviews with Marjory Smart and Milt Jewell in 1990-1991 to explore the concept of creativity, and was resumed in 2005 when Malyon invited submissions from many people who created original works in different disciplines. The records files include correspondence, edited manuscripts, annotated page proofs, and correspondence with the publisher regarding the contract, design, and promotion of the book.
Accession 2009-044 consists of manuscripts for even-numbered brunches, copy edited page proofs, and promotional material for the book written with bill bissett, "griddle talk : a yeer uv bill n carol dewing brunch" (Talonbooks, 2009), as well as documents relating to Malyon's work as an instructor at the Maritime Writers' Workshop in 1998, her literary readings in 2008, and correspondence with Fred Cogswell and K.D. Miller.

Penelope Reed DoobFonds consists of files from various positions Lewis held throughout his career, including correspondence, research documents and clippings covering a wide range of political issues, draft articles, and notes from his reporting days for Time Magazine and Maclean's, as well as editorial planning and management-related operational files from Maclean's. Also included are correspondence files, reports, budget files and strategic planning documents from his content development position with Rogers Media. The fonds also contains minutes and notes from York University's Board of Governors committee meetings. Personal files and speeches, including notes and drafts, are also part of the fonds, which includes 187 notebooks and planners used by Lewis for his research, note-taking, and scheduling. Press and magazine clippings that Lewis collected from various print and online publications are dispersed throughout the fonds. The fonds includes episodes of Maclean's and OMNI television, and other moving image recordings on videocassette.

These performances were intended to accompany the Deba Prasad Das style of Odissi dance. Consists of three separate performances: "Nindata Chandana" Abhinaya, Ashtapadi (an expression-based dance); "Natangi" and a Boomija folk dance from Orissa. These recordings were made to accompany performances by Sukanya Rahman.

Petty, DiniThe collection documents one method used by the university to assess and evaluate what is learned by its students, and what is expected by its faculty. Because the results of these examinations are entered into the student transcript, this collection also serves to document one standard by which the academic performance of students is measured. The collection consists of hard copies of some examinations that have been given at York. The collection is extensive though incomplete. This collection does not include Glendon College or Law Library examinations.
