File consists of ephemera and York newspapers collected by Vanier College alumnus Allan Kaplan while he was the chair of the Vanier Council. Items include an issue of Excalibur (vol. 1, no. 6), an issue of Pro Tem (vol. VI, no. 20), the 1966-67 Vanier College Handbook, a newspaper clipping about Al Kaplan, three issues of Vandoo (vol. 1, issues 1, 3 and 8), and a page of seasonal greetings to Vanier College members including lyrics to a song entitled "Twas the night before Chanukah".
File consists of York University-related ephemera, including a May 1969 Alumni Association graduation event invitation, a May 1969 Winters College convocation ceremony invitation, a May 1969 convocation address by Northrop Frye, and a Feb. 1970 Ontario Intercollegiate Athletic Association hockey playoffs program and ticket (held at York University).
File consists of eight plays submitted for this contest in 2005, including that of the first-place winner, Jonathan Rex Mejia, entitled "A Part-Time Life".
