The Music Gallery Concert Series (1978-1993) comprises sound recordings of approximately 65 concerts per year and has involved a wide variety of local and international performers/composers, including all varieties of new music, electroacoustics, world, and jazz. Also included are correspondence files, reports, budget files and strategic planning documents from his content development position with Rogers Media. The fonds also contains minutes and notes from York University's Board of Governors committee meetings. Personal files and speeches, including notes and drafts, are also part of the fonds, which includes 187 notebooks and planners used by Lewis for his research, note-taking, and scheduling. Press and magazine clippings that Lewis collected from various print and online publications are dispersed throughout the fonds. The fonds includes episodes of Maclean's and OMNI television, and other moving image recordings on videocassette.

The fonds consists of newspaper clippings of Charles Bothwell Pyper's articles in the Telegram together with telegraphic messages that served as 'hard copy' for his articles from foreign posts; correspondence, and notes; and newspaper clippings from several other newspapers. It includes a typescript of 'Chamberlain and his critics,' as well as earlier drafts, typescripts, some with corrections, of a book on Winston Churchill, and drafts of unpublished dramatic productions by Pyper. The vast majority of the fonds consists of newspaper clippings, notes and related material concerning Pyper's journalism, arranged alphabetically by subject. Some of the subjects included in the fonds are: Clement Attlee, Lord Beaverbrook, the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation, Winston Churchill, Joseph E. Davies, Anthony Eden, the League of Nations, Palestine in the post-war years, the Spanish Civil War, the Suez Crisis, the United Nations, and World War II.

The fonds consists of agendas of meetings of SSSOCCC, correspondence and reports of organizations that pre-dated Stop Spadina, records relating to Metropolitan Toronto Council, the City of Toronto Council and city departments, and the Province of Ontario, including correspondence with politicians, speeches, minutes of meetings, transportation studies of Toronto and other jurisdictions, and related material. There are financial records and receipts from Stop Spadina, briefs presented by it and others to the Metropolitan Toronto Council Transportation Committee and Executive Committee, reports on planning from city and metropolitan departments (Roads, Public Works, etc.), membership applications and membership lists of Stop Spadina, press releases and newspaper clippings, newsletters of Stop Spadina and community groups, brochures, leaflets and related paraphernalia from Stop Spadina. There are audio recordings of Stop Spadina meetings, interviews with news media, speeches and lectures, and of meetings of city and metropolitan councils. There is also a filmed statement by Jane Jacobs and Marshall McLuhan on Spadina titled, 'The burning would,' (1970).

The fonds mainly documents Ernesto Vinci's career as a singer and his activities as a voice teacher at the Halifax Ladies College and Conservatory of Music, the University of Toronto, and at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Records found from 1999 onwards are of the more personal variety and include personal and family correspondence between Vinci and his wife, and Vinci and his parents and parents-in-law, and other relatives during the 1930s as they tried to escape Germany. There is some correspondence regarding Vinci's efforts to sponsor his sister-in-law and niece after the Second World War.
