It includes correspondence and reports prepared for collection acquisitions (e.g. Germain Bazin library, archives and postcard collection), other library initiatives, interactions with various library departments, and departments in the Faculty of Fine Arts including visual arts, dance, and theatre; material related to her work on YUFA, PLAYU (Professional Librarians Association of York University), the Librarians' Group, and other York University and library committees; exhibition catalogues, monographs, articles and conference presentations authored by Williamson; and research materials, grant files and teaching files.
The fonds also includes a collection of letters and photographs that Williamson sent home during her stay at various summer camps between 1940 and 1951, material related to the Moore Park Ratepayers' Association, and a collection that Williamson acquired consisting of 63 photocopied letters from literary and artistic figures in Canada such as Susanna Moodie and George Munro Grant, addressed to Louisa Murray (1818-1894), literary critic and writer on feminist issues.

Fonds consists of Helen Lucas' correspondence, scrapbooks, photographs, The Diary Series (1971-1978), and Relationship Drawings (1978-1981) (both of which include 246 charcoal drawings, 40 sketches, 34 drawings, 5 etchings, 47 lithographs, 3 framed serigraphs, 1 sketchbook, and 1 pastel on paper); preliminary drawings for Angelica (Toronto: Kakabeka Publishing Co.,1973) and Genesis; twelve original collage drawings for the book co-authored by Helen Lucas and Margaret Laurence entitled The Christmas Birthday Story (1981) complemented with letters from Laurence while they were collaborating on the book; original prints (1970s); a sketchbook (1971); and Drawing Dedicated to my Daughter. Lucas provides an accompanying narrative to many of the drawings, giving a context for the works and an account of their evolution between 1971 and 1979. The initial sketchbook pages are also included, portraying intimate personal images which she likens to 'finding the achievement of my own voice'.

Accession 2015-036 consists of files created by Hockin as Chair of the Expert Panel on Securities Regulation between 2007 and 2009, which include correspondence, research reports, documents on principles, regulatory models, and consultation with stakeholders, working notes, newspaper articles, and draft and final text of the panel’s report. This accession also includes notebooks kept by Hockin while serving on the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund from 2009 to 2013, containing his notes and personal reflections on global financial stability, income models, quota negotiations, risk management, global liquidity, and other areas of financial policy, as well as the IMF's relationship with countries such as Greece, Germany, and Portugal.

The fonds consists of correspondence to Paul Sullivan from family members, including 22 letters from cousin Vernon Sullivan written between 1911-1915 and describing the daily life, concerns, and opinions of a young man first as a farm worker, and then teacher, on the prairies immediately prior to enlisting to fight in World War I at the age of 16. There are also ca. 40 letters from brother Edgar Sullivan written between 1914-1943 describing the life of a homesteader who has moved to Saskatchewan to homestead and operate a business during difficult economic times. The fonds also includes diaries (1915-1971), municipal tax notices (1886-1961), personal correspondence, family wills, deeds and mortgages (from 1848), some business papers, 4 newspapers, a child's book, ca. 15 photographs and 3 business ledgers (1934-1950).
